JGP is a full service real estate and litigation firm. Our firm is well known for its depth and expertise in tax certiorari matters, the annual filing of real estate tax appeals in New York City. JGP has expertise in filings involving various real estate tax exemption and abatement programs available in New York, including benefits pursuant to the Industrial and Commercial Abatement Program (ICAP), the 421(a) Program, the J-51 Program, and not-for-profit exemptions. JGP also renders real estate tax opinion letters and forecasts required by condominium offering plans, developers, and those acquiring property.
